How do I get to the FirsTier Event Center?
The FirsTier Event Center is located at the crossroads of Hwy 44 and Interstate 80. For driving directions, see Directions. The area is served by Kearney Municipal Airport.

Where do I park?
Ample parking surrounds the FirsTier Event Center for anyone attending the Event Center. Typical Patron parking is located to the East and West of the Kearney Event Center. Usually the price of parking is included in the price of your ticket but for some events a fee of $3.00 may be charged. You may check with the Box Office when your order your tickets. |

How do I purchase tickets for Events?
Tickets may be purchased online or through the FirsTier Event Center box office Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays begining at 8:00 AM on Event Days. For more ticket information, see Tickets. |

What time do FirsTier Event Center doors open for events?
Doors open 60 minutes prior to events, unless otherwise noted in Event Information or at the Box Office when you order your tickets. |

Are photographs and video allowed in the FirsTier Event Center?
For most events, still camera photography will be permitted, however you should check with the Box Office for each specific event. Under no circumstances will video camera's be allowed unless prior approval is granted from the FirsTier Event Center and a proper Media Pass is shown upon entering the building.

Can I bring food and beverages into the facility?
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the FirsTier Event Center. The concession outlets at the Event Center feature a variety of food and drink. |

Is the facility ADA Accessible?
YES. Handicap Parking is available at the top of the VIP Parking Lot located directly South of the Kearrney Event Center. Only State Issued Handicap Parking Permits or Plates will be honored. All others vehicles are subject to towing at the owners expense. |

How do I book an event at the complex?
Events can be scheduled for the FirsTier Event Center by contacting the Event Center at 308-338-8144. |

Are there ATM machines at the complex?
ATM machines are located in 2 locations, on the North and South Concourse. |

Is smoking allowed in the facility?
The FirsTier Event Center is a smoke-free facility. A smoking deck is located outside and can be accessed in the Southwest corner near the Administration Office. |
